Transparent Pricing: City Gutter Clean Co. & Prairie Gutter Clean Co. pricing is based on a "per linear foot" of gutters, on a one, two, or three story residential or commercial building. The amount of debris in each gutter also determines whether a "Basic" or "Deep" gutter cleaning package is quoted. Amount of gutter debris (moderate or heavy) is determined through a customer quote questionnaire and/or camera inspection. Heavy debris can often be present when gutters have not been cleaned over a two or three year period. Downspout unclog pricing is based on a flat rate per one, two, or three story downspout. Additional travel costs may also apply to gutter cleaning rates outside of traditional service areas.

 

Payment: Unless gutter cleaning services have been prepaid, payment is required upon completion of gutter cleaning services. City Gutter Clean CO. or Prairie Gutter Clean CO. will provide a final invoice in-person or by email after the service has been completed. We accept payment by cash, cheque, or e-transfer. Past due accounts will be assessed at an additional 10 percent per month. City Gutter Clean CO. or Prairie Gutter Clean CO.  reserves the right to no longer perform future services under this agreement, or any other contract or agreement; until all past due invoices are paid in full. City Gutter Clean CO. or Prairie Gutter Clean CO.  reserves the right to require C.O.D. payments based on payment history. Customer agrees and accepts these terms and shall make payment to City Gutter Clean CO. or Prairie Gutter Clean CO.  in accordance with said terms.

Scheduled Gutter Cleaning Service: By agreeing to your provided quote, you are authorizing City Gutter Clean CO. or Prairie Gutter Clean CO. to move forward with the scheduling of your gutter cleaning service. A mutual day and time will be confirmed. You may cancel the service at anytime . If you have any questions about our services, please contact City Gutter Clean CO. or Prairie Gutter Clean CO. via phone, text, or e-mail.

Service Arrival: Due to unpredictable duration's of each service, potential weather issues, and/or unforeseen circumstances, City Gutter Clean CO. or Prairie Gutter Clean CO.  may not be able to arrive at the pre-determined service time. Because the work is on the outside of your home or building, no one is required to be on site at the time of service. For those that require to be on site at the time of service, we will always do our best to arrive at our pre-determined service time. City Gutter Clean CO. or Prairie Gutter Clean CO. will contact you approximately 1 hour prior to arrival, or for any delays.

Satisfaction Guarantee: City Gutter Clean CO. or Prairie Gutter Clean CO.  provides a satisfaction guarantee that backs your cleaned gutters or downspout unclogs for a period of 15 days following your scheduled services. This guarantee covers removing any debris that may have been missed during the original service only and does not cover any newly accumulated debris or re-cleaning. Please inspect your gutters during the next rain event. Water should flow steadily from each downspout. If there are any issues, please contact City Gutter Clean CO. or Prairie Gutter Clean CO. immediately.

Gutter and Downspout Water Flush: Water flushes are included in each service and pricing. City Gutter Clean CO. or Prairie Gutter Clean CO. will use the customer's water source for all gutter or downspout water flushes. By agreeing to your provided quote, you are authorizing City Gutter Clean CO. or Prairie Gutter Clean CO. to flush your gutters and downspouts with your water source.

Ground Drains: City Gutter Clean CO. or Prairie Gutter Clean CO. cannot clean or clear compacted ground drains. Clogged ground drains will need to be cleared by a certified plumber.

Gutter Cleaning for Homes with Gutter Guards or Leaf Protection: City Gutter Clean CO. or Prairie Gutter Clean CO. approach the cleaning of gutters with gutter guards or leaf protection systems differently than those without. Removing and re-installing leaf protection is not included in pricing, and City Gutter Clean CO. or Prairie Gutter Clean CO. may refuse any gutter cleaning services when gutter guards or leaf protection are present. However, removal of gutter guards or leaf protection is not always required to get your gutters functioning properly. City Gutter Clean CO. or Prairie Gutter Clean CO.  will remove debris from the top of the gutter guard or leaf protection system. City Gutter Clean CO. or Prairie Gutter Clean CO. can also check for clogs or blockages in your gutters and downspouts and remove them as needed. When cleaning gutter systems with gutter guards or leaf protection, it is to be expected that the gutter will not be cleaned as thoroughly as they would if they had no gutter guards or leaf protection installed. Some dirt and shingle aggregate will most likely remain after the gutter cleaning but may not affect the functionality of your gutter system. Gutters with gutter guards or leaf protection systems that have not been properly maintained, may require having the gutter guards or leaf protection system removed completely to clean the gutters properly. In this case City Gutter Clean CO. or Prairie Gutter Clean CO.  may refer to another company to fulfill such service.

 

Service Policies:

• It is understood under this agreement and the customer represents that their properties roof is structurally sound and is able to withstand the weight of workers and their tools. In the event that the roof does not meet these conditions, any resulting damages are the sole responsibility of the customer and City Gutter Clean CO. or Prairie Gutter Clean CO.  shall not be responsible for said damages. This includes but is not limited to, broken or cracked roofing shingles (asphalt, tile, slate, cedar, etc) roof decking, and rafter boards.

• Gutter “cleaning” is not literal in its traditional definition of “Free from dirt, marks, or stains” It is understood by both parties that the primary intent of a gutter cleaning is to allow proper water drainage from roof surface, through gutters, down downspouts, and exit to grade or underground drainage system. A small amount of debris or shingle aggregate may remain in the gutter but will not affect water flow. City Gutter Clean CO. or Prairie Gutter Clean CO. does not clean the outside of the gutter.

• No warranties, expressed or implied, are offered under this agreement. City Gutter Clean CO. or Prairie Gutter Clean CO.  shall not be responsible for property damage of any kind caused either directly or indirectly by water related damage to include but not limited to, mold and mildew, drywall, landscaping, window, siding, wood trim, or structural damage.

• City Gutter Clean CO. or Prairie Gutter Clean CO.  will maintain at all times required licensing and General Liability Insurance.

• All services will be completed in a professional and detailed manner.

• Debris that may have fallen as a result of the gutter cleaning will be cleaned and bagged. This includes but is not limited to lower roofs, porches, window, sills, driveways, and landscaping

• The customer must provide City Gutter Clean CO. or Prairie Gutter Clean CO. notice of any damage to the property that the customer believes is City Gutter Clean CO. or Prairie Gutter Clean CO. responsibility within (5) business days following completion of gutter or downspout cleaning services.
